Located On Hwy 84, In the village of Chili, just past the turnoff to Ojo Caliente.

From Santa Fe, follow Hwy 84/285 north to Espanola. 84/285 becomes Riverside Dr.
Continue through town on Riverside to Fairview Lane. Turn left on Fairview Lane (Hwy 584)
Cross the Rio Grande and at signal light, turn right returning to Hwy 84/285.
Proceed approximately 7 miles north to the junction of Highways 84 and 285.
Continue on Hwy 84 north towards Chama for 250 feet, (just passing the intersection) turn left off the highway
and left again on the frontage road. Proceed  40 feet to driveway and ranch sign. Sign is green with trail tape.

We are approximately 36 miles from Santa Fe and 40 miles from Taos.

You may call from the Rio Chama Chevron Station across the street if you need 

more detailed instructions. Cell phones often do not work in this area.  

From Colorado/ Alamosa, take Highway 285 south to the junction of Hwy 84. Turn right on Hwy 84. Go 100 feet, and turn left on to

frontage road, bear left and proceed to ranch sign. Turn right into driveway and proceed to barn.

From Taos:

Take highway 68 south towards Espanola/Santa Fe for approx. 36 miles. At the large white water tank and a sign indicating

San Juan Pueblo, turn right off the highway onto State Road 74 ( the very first sign for hwy 74) and go 1 mile to a "Y" intersection.

Keep right and go across the Rio Grand River bridge. Continue following the road through the small village of Chamita and to a

intersection/yield for a left turn to continue on hwy 74. There is no road marker to indicate this left turn. It may indicate a turn to

"74" or to "Espanola or Abiquiu" depending on whether the locals have left the sign in place over the weekend. If you are on the right

road, you will again cross another river, this time the Rio Chama, and after approx. 1-1/2 miles come to the intersection of Hwy 84/285.

Turn right (north) onto hwy 84/285 and follow yellow marker below to Equine Escapes. Approx. 2 miles.
